haha, today at sharfirin's house supposed to do bio project, but we did nothing as we did not know what to write for the report. haiz!Must ask for help from mdm k. so hard to write about the brain.

dee came to my house today to do pur bio project. So tired! it is such a tedious work for only two gals! we did it for like 6 and a half hours!haha!but the feeling after doing the project was great. tomorrow, we only need to do the report. tomorrow, we shall invade sharfirin's house!wakakakakaka!

i did the tickle test and guess which breed of dog i am? i am a cocker spaniel! haha...it says that i am a joy to be around with and am friendly. I couldn't agree less. haha, so thick-skinned.

okay, tomorrow maybe meeting my friends to do the bio project.

GRACIOUS!

"Today, for journal writing, you have to write about the word GRACIOUS,"said mr jae.

What a topic! I cannot think of anything right now! This must be the first time my mind went blank just by looking at the title of today's journal. To add to it, we have to write four hundred to five hundred words!
Sigh!

Anyway, with a little help from rhymezone,i got hold of its definition. It simply means exhibiting courtesy,politeness,compassion and generousity of one's spirit!People who have all this personality in them can be said to be gracious person. Personally, i think i am one too!haha!Actually, graciousness has a part in everyone even though you may say that they are bad-mannered. This is only my opinion though!

Since young, children are slowly instill with good values for their personality. Graciousness is definitely one of them. it is good to instill this values when they are young as this children are quite innocent and will follow any instructions well. It would too late when they are already in their teens as that is when the defiance and rebelling start.

There are some scenarios whereby one's graciousness can be shown. For instance, you could help a blind man to walk across the street or carry the heavy plastic bags for an elderly woman if she's having any difficulties in carrying. You can even simply help your teachers to carry their books too! You must be sincere to help.Only then you can fill the satisfaction of your graciousness!

Another definition of gracious is actually, charmed by one's beauty. For example, you can say, "she is such a graceful dancer". this definition of gracious actually appeals more to be used to describe a gentle and demure female.

Gracious can also mean treating others with respect.I believed that everyone should be treated with respect, be it young, old rich or poor. If you respect someone, they in turn shall also respect you.

The opposite of gracious are rough,rude,bad-mannered and impolite.These are not values that should be taught to the young ones. They will grow up doing all the wrong things and may even blame you for who they have become in future because of you due to the way you brought him or her up. You will then start blaming yourself sinking deep in to depression for some.

People would avoid people with all this bad qualities. They would not want to be their friend or even go near them. In return, the ill-mannered people would feel very lonely! i do not think this is how they want to spend the rest of their lives!So maybe, maybe we could give them a chance.

I also have a friend named Grace. like her name, she is very graceful and gracious too!She also happens to be a chinese dancer in school! So much coincidence!haha!She lives up to her name of course!

okay,now i am stuck. I seriously have got nothing to talk about being gracious! help! Let me think...


ah! yeah, i am going to read mr jae's blog. he wrote a story on gracious.maybe can get a few pointers from there. Should be quite interesting! He is exposing his creativity in writing.have i written five hundred words? Let me count...should be more than four hundred right?

today had been a great day! The day started out well. Just that, my a bit frustrated at one point...Above all, my happy with my day today!

Today also during our ls lesson, we got to draw lots to see who we are guarding for one semester!We have to act like their guardian angel. Very fun!

Then during el, mr jae said that each of us have to make a presentation that was inspiring, motivating but i forgot the last one! sheesh! luckily my turn is going to be 15 days after the chinese new year starting on wednesday! Lucky!

I am not one that is confident in giving speeches... But, i'll try my best!

Today, 2 hours of free time in school! haha! My chemistry teacher did not come! 4 periods to ourselves!kk that was fun.

bio lessons is great! mdm k is a great teacher too. her lessons are very interesting! bio may be tough but i like it more than physics.

so yesterday, the four groups gave their presentation for the coming project. The ideas were good and she really had a hard time choosing the best. we would get our answers by tomorrow.

Things will get better...i guess

yeah, yesterday i went to my uncle's chalet. The food was scrumptious! Yummy! Had a great time there. Allow me to release some of my stress!

This is how i've been feeling this week.

the assembly programme today is about a musical braodway that's goingto be organise by jyss. I'm curioust know what the item is going to be. My friend asked me to join claiming that i can be the back stage people but i do not know what to do. My mind is in a muddle right now...

yes...After two months of waiting, i finally got a new handphone yesterday! yeah! It's a blue moto razr. Actually, i wanted the black one but this one will do! haha. My mother said that she will not promise me anything else due to my constant pestering. haha!

Another day has passed...

3e3's great! We had a tiff with one of our teacher yesterday! i find it unreasonable.Untill now, this question still ponder on my mind, why is it so hard for adults to apologise to the young ones. Why must it always be the other way around? It's awkward for to do it but we are still brave enough.. i hope someone can give me an answer to it.

Oh no! This morning I overslept. Haha. Luckily, I was not late to meet my friend at 7 under her block. I had to report to school today due to the CCA fair. Started falling in to take attendance at 7.30. I’m in the NCC girls by the way.

After taking the attendance, the nine girls who were in the marching contingent had their faces painted. I was one of them and it was fun doing so…haha, we look quite different from the usual, LIKE Aliens! but it was fun. Then we had to wear a red scarf around our necks(like Fred's in Scooby DoO)… I think it’s for making us look smart and fierce. Well, we’re supposed to be fierce and tough!

Then came the tiring part. We had to march with our heavy rifles in the sun and also shout out our ncc cheer in front of everybody. Freaking tired! We marched and marched around and was given a two minute break after I think ten to fifteen minutes of marching.
I was on the brink of collapsing any minute but I told myself to keep moving.

After what seem like an eternity to me, we were finally dismissed. Man, my hands were like jelly. Haha. Despite the tiredness above all,.i still had a great time and this is an experience that I’ll never forget!

NCC ALL THE WAY!

Tomorrow will be the CCA Fair.. I will be representing the NCC GIrLs as i'm in the marching contingent. HOpe that i can make a good impression on the sec. ones.
Tonight must have a good night rest to prepare myself for tomorrow. Yawns!

haha....describe an orange. This title really tickles me.

okay here goes nothing:

First of all, orange is a part of the seven colours found in the rainbow. Coincidentally, it is one of my best friends favourite colour...So, this colour somehow remind me of her.haha
To me, the orange colour also represents joy,happiness and also warmth.

Okay, in two weeks time, all my chinese friends including the teachers are going to celebrate the Chinese New Year!Haha, i'm sure all of my friends(maybe teachers) are waiting eagerly for their "Hong Bao" even though their rich already. So, i guess we should really pity the adults dring festive season.haha...
Mandarin oranges are the most important fruit that the chinese need to get for the new year as it is their tradition and custom to offer it to their elders as a sign of of prosperity.

If i'm not wrong, there is also a state in America which is Orange County. Interesting Name!
Maybe i will travel there someday.haha...

Orange is round. When i was young, i used to be teased with orange as my nickname due to my round face. I have other names but i am not going to tell you.haha

it's been raining for days now.. i hope i can see the sun again.

another typical day in school ... how fast time flies! My class is really great! very supportive! gonna do a blog tomorrow.well, that's what mr jae said but i don't think i'll be changing my blog.
I feel like i've change anyway...

homeworks and more homeworks!! that's my daily routine now.I'm definitely more serios in my work now. no mre playing a fool.. yeah,even if it's just a week, i already feel the pressure. Now, i still in a dilemma on whether i should take pure biology. not that i do not want to take it but i'm just scared...about coping with it.haiz! nevermind, i'll have the weekend to think about it.

After school, i had my ncc.it's the first training for the year.today, the training quite tedious but fun since we have to prepare for the CCA Fair, that's going to be on the 14th of January.

it's the first day of school. so tired! i got to know tt mr jae is my form teacher and finally meet up with some of the teachers. apart from tt, i made a new friend with a chinese boy who came from china and had just transfer into jyss from woodlands secondary. Overall, the day goes well for me...
